About ten percent of the VHA is available on public internet, however,
the metadata for all the testimony in the archive can be accessed from anywhere at any time.
The full Visual History Archive (VHA) is available at access sites throughout the world.
If you would like to review testimony before you submit a licensing request, please submit a research request.
Footage
On average the interviews in the archive are comprised of at least three (3) tapes

$100 per interview
Native resolution MPEG-4
High-Resolution Footage
$100 per tape
Native resolution QuickTime Pro Res 422 when available or H.265 MPEG-4
Images
$20 per image
Images can be provided in JPEG or Photoshop format and delivered via email or FTP.
Image quality is limited because it is being extracted from the standard definition
video recordings.
There is a $200 processing fee per licensing request.
You do not have permission to use any of our copyrighted material until a license is in place.

Order
The Visual History Archive provides an opportunity for researchers to search
cataloguing and indexing data associated with nearly 55,000 testimonies. Approximately
5,000 testimony videos can be viewed online and data information can be seen for
all.
